Please Note: The model number of your Nortel telephone can usually be found on a label stuck on the bottom of the phone.

To fit a headset to these phones, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier (the handset cord then plugs into the amplifier) or simply use a headset and cord to replace the handset.

Plantronics:
Any H series headset and an M22 amplifier, (Switch Setting 5, Transmit 8). An alternative is a P series headset and Polaris cord.

Plantronics Wireless CS540, CS510, CS520, CS530, CS Legend & Savi 710, 720, 730, 740:
Switch position 1, Receive 3, standard telephone cord wiring.

Jabra/GN Netcom:
Any "direct connect" headset and a standard cord.

Sennheiser:
Any headset (CC family preferred) with a CSTD 01 cord. May require a CHS 01 cord if the transmission is too soft.

ADD-COM:
Any headset and an MPS switch.

M3903, M3904 & M3905 Call Centre (PN: NTMN35GA70)

All these telephones have a dedicated headset socket/jack.

Plantronics:
Any P series headset and a Polaris cable.
