Please Note: The model number of your Mitel telephone can usually be found on a label stuck on the bottom of the phone.

Mitel 5001 IP, 5005 IP, 5021 IP & 5025 IP

To fit a headset to these phones, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier. The handset cord then plugs into the amplifier.

Plantronics corded:
Any H or HW series headset and a M22 amplifier (switch position 5.

Plantronics Wireless CS540, CS510, CS520, CS530, CS Legend & Savi 710, 720, 730, 740:
Switch position 1, Receive 3, standard telephone cord wiring.

Jabra/Netcom corded:
Any headset and a GN 8000 amplifier or GN 8210 digital amplifier.

Jabra Wireless Jabra Pro 920, 9450, 9460, 9470

Sennheiser corded:
Any headset top and a CSTD 01 cable. Also recommended is the headset/handset switchbox (UI 710)

ADD-COM corded:
Any headset and a Voyager amplifier.

Mitel 5010 IP, 5020 IP, 5021 IP, 5140 IP, 5215 IP, 5220 IP, 5230 IP & 5240 IP

To fit a headset to these Mitel phones plug into the dedicated headset socket.

Plantronics:
Any H or HW series headset and an A10-16 cable.

Plantronics Wireless CS540, CS510, CS520, CS530, CS Legend & Savi 710, 720, 730, 740:
Switch position 1, Receive 3, standard telephone cord wiring.

Jabra/GN:
Any headset and a standard cord.

Jabra Wireless Jabra Pro 920, 9450, 9460, 9470

Sennheiser:
Any headset top and a CSTD01 cable.

Polaris:
Any Soundpro headset and a SP5021 cable.

ADD-COM:
Any headset and a BLUE Cord.

Mitel 5212 IP & 5224 IP

To fit a headset to these Mitel phones plug into the dedicated headset socket, found on the back of your phone. A headset plugged into this socket disables the handset microphone. To restore handset mode either unplug or disconnect the headset. Else, press the programmable PERSONAL headset key.

To fit a headset to these Mitel phones plug into the dedicated headset socket, located on the back of the phone.

To turn on Headset Mode:

1. Dial 317 (Headset on/off).
2. HEADSET MODE ON appears.

Because Headset Mode disables the handset and speakerphone, you must turn off Headset Mode before you can use the handset or speakerphone.

To turn off Headset Mode:

1. Dial 317 (Headset on/off).
2. HEADSET MODE OFF appears.

Any H or HW series headset and an A10-16 cable.
