These phones have a dedicated headset port.

Plantronics corded:
Any SupraPlus H or HW series headset with a Polaris (U10P) cord . Note: Due to the electrical characteristics of the snom telephone microphone technology, the P series and Entera series are not compatible. The headset transmission is VERY soft for these model headsets.
Plantronics CS60, CS70N & SupraPlusWireless:
Switch position 1, Receive 3, standard telephone cord wiring. They are also compatible with the Plantronics HL10 handset lifter. snom also has a proprietory electronic headset lifter (EHS)
GN Netcom corded:
Any headset with a standard direct connect cord (part no: 8800-01-01).
GN Wireless or Bluetooth:
Any GN wireless headset.
Sennheiser corded:
Any headset top and a CSTD 01 cable.


snom 320, 360, 370, 820 and 870

These phones have a dedicated headset port.

Any SupraPlus H or HW series headset with a reversed Polaris (U10P-S) cord . Note: Due to the electrical characteristics of the snom telephone microphone technology, the P series and Entera series are not compatible. The headset transmission is VERY soft for these model headsets.

Switch position 4, Receive 3, standard telephone cord wiring. They are also compatible with the Plantronics HL10 handset lifter. snom also has a proprietory electronic headset lifter (EHS)

Any headset with a reversed RJ direct connect cord (part no: 8800-01-06).
GN Wireless or Bluetooth:
Any GN wireless headset.
Sennheiser corded:
Any headset top and a CSTD 24 cable.
