Samsung DCS / DCS 70 / DCS Compact Series PABX's
Samsung Telephones
SLT-E / Economy Digital
To fit a headset to these phones, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier (the handset cord then plugs into the amplifier) or simply use a headset and cord to replace the handset.
- Plantronics corded:
- Any H or HW series headset and an M22 amplifier. An alternative is a H or HW series headset and an A10 Direct Connect cable - if this is too loud use a H or HW series headset and Polaris cable.
- GN Netcom corded:
- Any "direct connect" headset and a standard cord.
- ADD-COM corded:
- Any headset and an MPS switch.
- Sennheiser corded:
- Any headset and a CSTD 01 cable.
Samsung DCS 6B / DCS 6C / DCS 12B / DCS 24B
To fit a headset to these phones, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier (the handset cord then plugs into the amplifier) or simply use a headset and cord to replace the handset.
These phones can have a headset key programmed by you. However, depending upon the PABX, this may be one of the following two methods:- Press [TRSF] 1 1 0, then press 2 1 for headset or 2 0 for handset, then press [TRSF] to store.
- Press [TRSF] 1 1 0, then press 0 2 1 for headset or 0 2 0 for handset, then press [TRSF] to store.
The speakerphone will be diabled and the [ANS/RLS] light will be on "steady" to indicate headset is active. Use [ANS/RLS] button to answer and hangup calls
- Plantronics corded:
- Any H or HW series headset and an M22 amplifier. An alternative is a H or HW series headset and an A10 Direct Connect cable
- Plantronics CS60, CS70 & SupraPlusWireless:
- Switch position 1, Transmit B, Receive 3, standard telephone cord wiring. This can also be used with the optional HL10 Handset Lifter.
- GN Netcom corded:
- Any "direct connect" headset and a standard cord.
- ADD-COM corded:
- Any headset and an MPS switch.
- Sennheiser corded:
- Any headset and a CSTD 01 cable.
Samsung Falcon 8B, Falcon 18B and Falcon 28B Keysets/Phones
To fit a headset to these keysets/phones, unplug the handset and replace it with a headset and cord.
Some keysets/phones may be equipped with a Headset mode key. Press this key to toggle between headset and handset mode. Otherwise, these keysets/phones can have a headset key programmed by you: With the handset on-hook, press [TRSF] 1 1 0, then press 4 1 for headset or 4 0 for handset, then press [TRSF] to store.
The speakerphone will be disabled and the [ANS/RLS] light will be on "steady" to indicate headset is active. Use [ANS/RLS] button to answer and hangup calls.

To fit a headset to these phones, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier (the handset cord then plugs into the amplifier).
To use the headset with the phone "on-hook" program your phone as follows:
Lift handset and press #151# to turn feature ON or #150# to turn feature OFF.
- Plantronics:
- Any H or HW series headset and an M22 amplifier.
- GN Netcom:
- Any headset and a GN 8000 amplifier or GN 8210 digital amplifier.
- ADD-COM:
- Any headset and an MPS switch.
- Sennheiser corded:
- Any headset and an M22 amplifier.

These digital handsets can be fitted to both the Samsung OfficeServ and DCS range of PABX's. They are all headset compatible.

To fit a headset to this console, simply unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate headset.

These phones have a dedicated headset port on the bottom of the phone. Use the "Headset Button" to answer and release calls.

- Any H or HW series headset and an M22 amplifier. Please note that a H series headset and an A10 Direct Connect cable WILL NOT WORK - there will be no transmission.
- Plantronics CS60, CS70N, SupraPlusWireless:
- Switch position 1, Transmit B, Receive 3, standard telephone cord wiring. This can also be used with the optional HL10 Handset Lifter.
- Plantronics CS500 series and Savi series wireless:
- Switch position details to come.
