Please Note: The model number of your Mitel telephone can usually be found on a label stuck on the bottom of the phone.


Mitel 5001 IP, 5005 IP, 5021 IP & 5025 IP

To fit a headset to these phones, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier. The handset cord then plugs into the amplifier.

Plantronics corded:
Any H series headset and a M22 amplifier (switch position 5.
Plantronics CS60, CS70 & SupraPlusWireless:
Switch position 1, Receive 3, standard telephone cord wiring.
GN Netcom corded:
Any headset and a GN 8000 amplifier or GN 8210 digital amplifier.
Sennheiser corded:
Any headset top and a CSTD 01 cable. Also recommended is the headset/handset switchbox (UI 710)
ADD-COM corded:
Any headset and a Voyager amplifier.

Mitel 5010 IP, 5020 IP, 5021 IP, 5140 IP, 5215 IP, 5220 IP, 5230 IP & 5240 IP

To fit a headset to these Mitel phones plug into the dedicated headset socket.

Plantronics:
Any H series headset and an A10-16 cable.
GN Netcom:
Any headset and a standard cord.
Sennheiser:
Any headset top and a CSTD01 cable.
Polaris:
Any Soundpro headset and a SP5021 cable.
ADD-COM:
Any headset and a BLUE Cord.


Mitel IP phone



Mitel 5212 IP & 5224 IP

To fit a headset to these Mitel phones plug into the dedicated headset socket. A headset plugged into this socket disables the handset microphone. To restore handset mode either unplug or disconnect the headset. Else, press the programmable PERSONAL headset key.

Plantronics:
Any H series headset and an A10-16 cable.
GN Netcom:
Any headset and a standard cord.
Sennheiser:
Any headset top and a CSTD01 cable.
Polaris:
Any Soundpro headset and a SP5021 cable.
ADD-COM:
Any headset and a BLUE Cord.
