Samsung DCS / DCS 70 / DCS Compact Series PABX's
Samsung Telephones
SLT-E / Economy Digital
To fit a headset to these phones, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier (the handset cord then plugs into the amplifier) or simply use a headset and cord to replace the handset.
- Plantronics corded:
- Any H series headset and an M12 amplifier. An alternative is a P series headset and Polaris cord - if this is too loud use a H series headset and Polaris cable.
- GN Netcom corded:
- Any "direct connect" headset and a standard cord.
- ADD-COM corded:
- Any headset and an MPS switch.
Samsung DCS 6B / DCS 6C / DCS 12B / DCS 24B
To fit a headset to these phones, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier (the handset cord then plugs into the amplifier) or simply use a headset and cord to replace the handset.
These phones can have a headset key programmed by you. Press [TRSF] 1 1 0, then press 2 0 for headset or 2 1 for handset, then press [TRSF] to store. The [ANS/RLS] light will be on to indicate headset is active. Use [ANS/RLS] button to answer and hangup calls

- Plantronics CS60, CS70 & SupraPlusWireless:
- Switch position 1, Transmit B, Receive 3, standard telephone cord wiring. This can also be used with the optional HL10 Handset Lifter.

- ADD-COM corded:
- Any headset and an MPS switch.
Samsung DECT handsets
These are not headset compatible.

To fit a headset to these phones, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier (the handset cord then plugs into the amplifier).
To use the headset with the phone "on-hook" program your phone as follows:
Lift handset and press #151# to turn feature ON or #150# to turn feature OFF.
- Plantronics:
- Any H series headset and an M12 amplifier.
- GN Netcom:
- Any headset and a GN 8000 amplifier or GN 8210 digital amplifier.
- ADD-COM:
- Any headset and an MPS switch.

These digital handsets can be fitted to both the Samsung OfficeServ and DCS range of PABX's. They are all headset compatible.

To fit a headset to this console, simply unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate headset.
