NRX Business Phones
Please Note: The model number of your NRX telephone can usually be found on a label stuck on the bottom of the phone.
NRX-1 & NRX-4
To fit a headset to these phones, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier. The handset cord then plugs into the amplifier.
- Plantronics:
- Any H series headset and a M12 amplifier.
- GN Netcom:
- Any headset and a GN 8000 amplifier or GN 8210 digital amplifier.
- ADD-COM:
- Any headset and a RED cord.
NRX-2H, NRX-3 & NRX-5
These phones all have a dedicated headset port.
- Plantronics:
- Any H series headset and a Vista cable. Old phones may need Polaris cable
- GN Netcom:
- Any "direct connect" headset and standard cord.
- ADD-COM:
- Any headset and a RED cord.
