Ericsson Telephones

Please Note:

The model number of your Ericsson telephones can usually be found on a label stuck on the bottom of your phone.
Quite often, these phone systems are equipped with a range of "industry standard" analog telephones that do not carry the Ericsson brand. If you have one of these non-Ericsson telephones, click here to check its compatibility with headsets.

Dialog 3000 Series
DBC 3201, 3202, 3203, 3210, 3211, 3212, 3213 & Console 2663

To fit a headset to these Ericsson telephones, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier (the handset cord then plugs into the amplifier) or simply use a headset and cord to replace the handset.

Plantronics corded:: Any H series headset and an M12 amplifier. An alternative is a P series headset and Polaris cord.
Plantronics CS60, CS70 & SupraPlusWireless:: Switch position 1, Transmit B, Receive 3, standard telephone cord wiring. This can also be used with the optional HL10 Handset Lifter.
GN Netcom corded:: Any headset and a GN 8000 amplifier or GN 8210 digital amplifier.
ADD-COM corded:: Any headset and a Voyager amplifier.

Dialog 4000 Series
Analogue 4106

To fit a headset to these Ericsson telephones, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier. The handset cord then plugs into the amplifier.

Plantronics corded:: Any H series headset and an M12 amplifier.
Plantronics CS60, CS70 & SupraPlusWireless:: Switch position 1, Transmit B, Receive 3, standard telephone cord wiring. This can also be used with the optional HL10 Handset Lifter.
GN Netcom corded:: Any headset and a GN 8000 amplifier or GN 8210 digital amplifier.
ADD-COM corded:: Any headset and a Voyager amplifier.

Analog 4147, 4186, 4187, 4220, 4222, 4223, 4224, 4225

To fit a headset to these Ericsson phones, use the inbuilt headset socket.

Plantronics corded:: Any H or P series headset and a Polaris cable. A P series headset is quite loud.
Plantronics CS60, CS70 & SupraPlusWireless:: Switch position 1, Transmit B, Receive 3, standard telephone cord wiring. This can also be used with the optional HL10 Handset Lifter.
GN Netcom corded:: Any "direct-connect" headset and a standard cord.
ADD-COM corded:: Any headset and a BLUE cord.

IP Series 4422 & 4425
To fit a headset to these Ericsson phones, use the inbuilt headset socket.

Plantronics corded:: Any H series headset and a Polaris cable.

FreeSet DECT DS300, DT310, DT 360 & DT570
These Ericsson phones have a headset jack.

Plantronics corded:: Any "Mobile" headset with a 2.5mm plug on the cord.
GN Netcom corded:: Any "direct-connect" headset and a 2.5mm cord.
ADD-COM corded:: Any headset and a Quick Disconnect to 2.5mm cord.

Cordless DT292, DT590, DT430 ATEX, DT412 & DT422
These Ericsson phones CANNOT be fitted with a headset.
