Ericsson PABX & Telephones

Please Note:

The model number of your Ericsson PABX switchboard or telephone can usually be found on a label stuck on the bottom of your device.
Quite often, these phone systems are equipped with a range of "industry standard" analog telephones that do not carry the Ericsson brand. If you have one of these non-Ericsson phones, click here to check its compatibility with headsets.

ERICSSON PABX MD110

Consoles/Switchboards

All Ericsson PABX switchboards can be fitted with headsets. Use of headsets is critical for the efficient performance of your switchboard operator(s).

Dialog 2500

To fit a headset to this Ericsson PABX switchboard, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier. The handset cord then plugs into the amplifier.

Plantronics corded:: Any H series headset and an E10 in-line amplifier or M12 amplifier (switch position 1). An alternative is a P series headset and Polaris cord.
Plantronics CS60, CS70 & SupraPlusWireless:: Switch position 1, standard telephone cord wiring.
GN Netcom corded:: Any headset and a GN 8000 amplifier or GN 8210 digital amplifier.
ADD-COM corded:: Any headset and a Voyager amplifier.

Telephones
300 Series, 3200(D3), OPI3000 & Symbolic

To fit a headset to these phones, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier. The handset cord then plugs into the amplifier.

These Ericsson PABX's do not have any proprietary telephones that are compatible with headsets. See the note above regarding non-proprietary telephones.

Console 2754
