Please Note: The model number of your Avaya telephone can usually be found on a label stuck on the bottom of the phone.

These phones have a dedicated headset port.
- Plantronics corded:
- Any H series headset and a HIS cable (part 72442-01)
- Plantronics CS60, CS70 & SupraPlusWireless:
- Switch position 1, Receive 3 bottom transmit slide switch D
- GN Netcom corded:
- Sennheiser corded:
- Any headset top and a CAVA 31 cable. Also recommended is the headset/handset switchbox (UI 710)
- ADD-COM corded:
Avaya 46xx (except 4606, 4612), 54xx, 56xx, 64xx 84xx Quick Edition, 302D Attendant Console
These phones have a dedicated headset port.
